WTF I don’t get this whole ginger-hatin’ phenomenon I’ve been witnessing all over the internet lately. Did it suddenly become a hipster thing to hate on red-heads, is that why it’s so popular? Since when? Was there some movie or TV show that everyone is now emulating that made fun of red heads? Like that Tosh.0 show or something? Is it because of Glee, was there a red head on that stupid show or something? I don’t get it. I never even knew what a commodity having red-hair was until I was out of college… what’s so special? My mom has red hair, my best friend had red hair, I do… what’s the big deal?

I NEVER EVER got made fun of because I had red hair!! And I’m like fully a red head - pasty-skinned, pink nipples, fire-crotch, spf-6000, red-headed step-child, like that super creepy guy Malakai on Children of the Corn red hair kind of red hair, not that bullshit ‘strawberry blonde’ color that people decided to name a hair-color - really it’s reddish-blonde, but you’re still blonde bitch so get over it. But I definitely don’t remember getting made fun of that hard-core for my red hair. I got made fun of for being the only kid with zits in elementary school. Then in middle school, I got called a slut because I flirted with everything that could breath, including teachers, administration, and those of the same sex - since I didn’t know that’s what people considered ‘flirting’ I never held back. But I certainly never remember people wanting to start fights with me because of my hair color? This seems so absurd that I’m hoping it really is fake. Although, it also seems like one of those things I don’t know about because I don’t watch TV or see new movies. Like I never saw that Tosh.0 show until it was old news, but when I did, I realized EVERYONE I FUCKING KNEW talked and acted like that douche bag host and I hated everyone.
